STORY PREMISE:
"Lumen de Lumine" (working title) is a story that follows Aster on her journey to reach the stars, guided by her ultimate confidant, the moon (Celene). Aspiring to be among the giants who roam the forest and are closer to the sky, Aster embarks on a surreal and enchanting journey through the woods. Along the way, she encounters others like her but soon realizes they are willing to risk anything, even stepping on others, to achieve their dreams. Choosing to move forward by uplifting others, Aster faces challenges like never before. By taking this less-traveled path, she discovers her inner light, a beacon that ultimately helps her navigate the challenging and shadowy landscapes of existence.
INSPIRATION
I was inspired by the enchanting story of the animated series "Hilda" and the distinctive visual style of Director Alessandro Novelli.
